I don't know if this was brought upon before but I think user's note menu should also have the details regarding who last changed the note complementing the edit date. This could be implemented in the "Last changed" column, e.g. 2 min ago (by FasterTracker).

I think this feature would be in particular useful since it gives the users a proper feedback on the notes that they have participated and/or created, and easier and less time consuming than checking one by one.
