[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] node location not shown (#2814)

When you click the "Location" link for a node (on either `https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/<id>` or `https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/<id>/history`), the map is centered on the location, but the exact location is not shown. There should be a marker set on the exact location (by adding the mlat and mlon parameters to the link). This would be particularly helpful for nodes that are not rendered in the map, as well as for the visualisation of previous locations of moved or deleted nodes.
