[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Distinguish floors in query results (#3153)

hmm taiwanese addresses. So a solution here would be to stick`addr:floor` (if present) into the output of [this featureName function](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/017f47d4e42d0ca6ef4700f69770d72ae73567a4/app/assets/javascripts/index/query.js#L121). But I don't know if that's going to be cluttering the output in other situations.

I guess ideally it could detect that de-duping the list is necessary, in which case use a long form of the featureName
