Ah, I was wondering if anyone would notice those!

By the time I had added the extra labels, the colours were quite a cacophony. So I changed them all to be from the github default palette, which is eight colours and eight pale variants. Then I made all the "related to ... feature" labels the same colour, picked some more colours at random, and then used the full colour labels for some of the more "action-orientated" labels like "changes needed" so that they stand out. It's a bit arbitrary but at least much better than before.
