[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Mark all messages as read (#3250)

I currently have 384 unread messages in my inbox. Since I am too lazy to mark each message as read individually, I would really appreciate such functionality.  I have read them all, but in my e-mail inbox. Many thanks.
