[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] CSP issue with Safari 14 (#3261)

I hope this is the correct place to report this issue. I'm seeing the following kind of error when using openstreetmap.org on Safari 14.1.1. 

```
Refused to execute a script because its hash, its nonce, or 'unsafe-inline' does not appear in the script-src directive of the Content Security Policy.
