[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Trace animation should pause between loops (#3337)

The point of having traces is to align aerial images and support mapping where no aerial images are available. 
So an mapper can add a way where the trace was captured. 

Can you elaborate how your suggestion will help mapper?
He needs to have more knowledge beside the trace point in any case.
