[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Possibility for speed improvement ? (#3342)

@mtk11 this repo is about the code for osm.org. The map you link to, seems to use it's own map tiles – https://github.com/opendata-stuttgart/feinstaub-map-v2/blob/8759c2713eb4460469d9969bba81abb5a0b5e288/src/js/index.js#L108-L117. So update cycle and map-download-speed is something to discuss overthere.
