[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Why not render "trackable" GPS tracks? (Issue #3352)

It's not a question of what's possible, it's a question of the privacy guarantees we made to people when they uploaded their traces.

Obviously we could add yet another option that did what you suggest buy we certainly can't retrospectively change the meaning of an existing choice.
