[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow querying and requesting deletion of GPS traces (Issue #3533)

Even deleting those traces won't help, as changes aren't propagated to the GPS layer yet, see https://github.com/openstreetmap/gpx-updater (there are a few user reports about deleted traces still showing up).
