[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow querying and requesting deletion of GPS traces (Issue #3533)

It depends on the trace. If it's just "hairball" of points, then yes deletion is the best solution. If only a part of it is like that, the uploader can change it (iirc there was an option to edit traces).
