[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Support Sign in with Apple (#2799)

I'm happy to write the code to do it but first LWG need to review and T&C's and ensure they are legally acceptable to us. I was bitten before spending time to do twitter login only for LWG to reject it on legal grounds.

I suggest you contact legal at osmfoundation.org and ask if somebody can review - if you can pin down exactly what we will have to agree to in order to get a client ID to use then will obviously help them.
