[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Application error, when pressing cancel on /user/terms page (Issue #3826)

I'm trying to sign up as a new user. On https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/terms, I decided to press cancel. 

Instead of a wiki page, I'm getting an "Application error - The OpenStreetMap server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request (HTTP 500)"

Issue: 

`Unsafe redirect to "https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributor_Terms_Declined", pass allow_other_host: true to redirect anyway.`
