[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Render addr:housename where name not set (Issue #3447)

Well obviously it could but that's only supposed to be a "quick and dirty" summary and I'm a bit reluctant to add lots of special rules.

If we did `addr:housename` then we'd have to do `addr:housenumber` as well, but then we probably need to include `addr:street` as well, never mind all the UK specific questions about substreets etc...

In principle I'm not opposed to showing an address there when there is no name, but that is a whole can of worms to work out how to derive an address from the tags.
