[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] "show address" is misleading, because the link calls "where am I" (Issue #3448)

### How to reproduce the issue?

right click and select "show address" from the context menu, you get different results for the same location query depending on the zoom (an address with housenumber is only shown in z18, despite it being mapped on an area in which you clicked)
