[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] "show address" is misleading, because the link calls "where am I" (Issue #3448)

The context here is that originally there was just the "Where am I" link in the search box which was supposed to describe where you were looking at without you having to zoom out so it made sense to pass the zoom as it was supposed to describe the viewport.
The right click "show address" link was later added using the same technology but there people probably assume it's describing the address under the mouse rather than the whole viewport so it likely makes sense to force high zoom in that case.
