[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] contextmenu copy coords when centering map (Issue #3466)

### Description

taking coordinates from the map is one of the most common tasks, it could be made more convenient.
Currently, the simplest way to get a pair of coords is right click->show address -> select the coords from the search field -> copy to clipboard 
There is the “center map” option which could be augmented to also copy the coordinates to the clipboard, thereby saving two user actions, or “center map” could be replaced by “copy coordinates”.
