[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Map Data highlight stuck on multiple selections (visual bug) (Issue #3465)

Selecting the object in the data layer does two things:

1. It highlights it with a wider blue line
2. It load the object in the side bar

A side effect of of loading the object in the side bar is adding an orange highlight. Technically that's a separate layer showing just that object which draws on top.

So the blue should show up first, then the orange once the side bar loads.

Probably the blue highlight is irrelevant now that the side bar adds the orange overlay anyway but as I say I doubt anybody much uses the data layer these days as there is just too much data in most places to make it usable.
