[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Storing screenshot/images from diary on osm.org server (Issue #3434)

I've always assumed the wiki was the place to host images for diary entries. For more generally-useful ones, I put them on Wikimedia Commons (from where they're also usable on the OSM wiki). That said, shifting to Discourse sounds great!
