[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add option to "Sign In With Ethereum" (Issue #3582)

### Description

Currently, there are options to Log In to openstreetmap.org using a variety of authentication mechanisms run by closed-source "Third Party" organisations:

This request is to add an option to sign in with Ethereum, which is open-source and empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own digital footprints. In this case, the individual would be their own "Third Party" to vouch for their identity.
