[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Some buttons have become less responsive in Safari on Mac (#2811)

Same here [Safari 15.3 (16612.4.9.1.8), macOS 11.6.4].
Additional workaround with trackpad: Don't tap, but press (lower trackpad section with my MacBookpro mid 2014).
