[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Invalid request when Webview is 99.0.4844.58 (Android, (Issue #3502)

### How to reproduce the issue?

This issue can be Webview's bug. I inform you and people worrying about the same trouble.

The request from Android application failed.
The status code is 418. So I checked whether the request was invalid, but I couldt' find it.
I updated Webview to Beta version(100.0.4896.30), then the same request was successed.

Only 'user-agent' is defferent.
