[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add initial capital letters for Nominatim (PR #3510)

_This PR makes changes to the same file as #3508 does._

Make initial capital letter use consistent for Nominatim search.

(I could look at and discuss a similar PR for the website itself if you want, but I don't want to jump ahead, keeping in mind any existing consensus, context/different UIs and user experience.)
