[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] openstreetmap api, download gpx data as blob (Issue #3507)

Unfortunately I have to give up my plan to download the .gpx files with a webapp based on js. the server is too heavily secured, there are probably server-side technologies which allow the download. I can only use these with KaiOs to a limited extent.
