[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Reimagining the OSM.org (Issue #3785)

**looks beautiful and modern**, but will it bring more loading time? In those picture I can see many icon assets were used. 

And truly looks more like a social media website, not a map database, so I also understand those more conservative opinion. Let mapper accepting a new profile style is not easy

Another problem is should those calender statistic and heat map offered by OSM official,  or call neis-one.org's API? Those still need to be discussed.

(Besides, do we have organization account verify?)
