[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Reimagining the OSM.org (Issue #3785)

Thank you for this refreshing design.
Our [Projet du Mois](https://github.com/vdct/ProjetDuMois) (project of the month) team already designed such a user-profile page (for example https://projetdumois.fr/users/overflorian) so I love the idea of having badges.

Nevertheless I feel like we miss a "contact" button on the user page.

Also the heatmap could use some more options such as a time-selection.
I can think of 2 ways:
1. simple buttons "last week / last month / last year / all contributions"
2. a slider

Other topic: the "last edits" is useful but we need, on one way or the other, a link to all edits.

The "mapathon" badge is useful, and the system behind it is potentially huge to develop.
