Agree, I also see quite a bit of overlap here, in particular around the organisation / community profile topic. Microcosm has a stronger focus on community and community events, not so much performance management (I'm not sure, if that concept makes even sense on osm.org?). And then there's lots of overlap with what Pascal Neis is already offering for the new user profile.

I think, in order to avoid duplicating efforts, it would be good to see a bit more collaboration across projects here.
