[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Default value for "Confidential application" in OAuth2 client registration seems to be questionable (Issue #3494)

Probably my wrong interpretation of the following:
https://auth0.com/docs/get-started/applications/confidential-and-public-applications
Scroll down to "public applications".
The notion is that non confidential applications can store a client secret, so there's no need for it?
I'm not sure, I'm trying to figure this out myself, I'm not super familiar with all the ouath stuff unfortunately.
