[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Communities page (#3256)

Re the naming:

We already have  https://openstreetmap.community/ (run externally to OSMF, but very useful),  https://community.openstreetmap.org/  (from OSMF, and in use) and I've heard "communities" suggested as one potential name for https://github.com/openbrian/osm-microcosms .

How will this new "communities" page avoid confusing users who may think they're getting one of the 2 established OSM "community" sites?
