[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Identical wall displays thicker icon in changeset details (Issue #3735)

I see the same with Chrome on Windows 10.

Inspecting the page, both items have a ::before that is set to https://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/browse/wall.20-29d59d3c20f1f6407cb1a707fb28499dcafd18283520158ed03b7c35f9c7da43.png

When I added a height:50px to the CSS, both appeared like the second one. This makes me think the two <li> are overlapping, and the last one covers 1px of the previous one.
