[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] The description of Notes RSS is incorrect (Issue #3766)

### How to reproduce the issue?

The description section has this value:

    <description>A list of notes, reported, commented on or closed in your area [(|) -- (|)]</description>

The area should show the coordinates but it is just printing the parenthesis, pipes and dashes.
