[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Avoid using raw html in credit translations (071f279)

Were these changes necessary?
Because now one sentence requires translating several strings and it is complicated.
In addition, all the old translations have been removed by this and one have to search in commits for the old translations which makes it even more difficult :<
