Public authorities in the Republic of Serbia release open data in accordance with the Law on E-Governance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 27/2018).

We are not aware of any publicly available official English translation, but we will provide you with a translation of the key provision - Article 26, which defines terms for open data reuse.

In reference to the phrase "unless otherwise specified by a separate law", no other law defines different terms for the reuse of the data we used in OSM; therefore, Article 26 of the Law on E-Governance is the sole legal basis for the attribution requirement.
