Well `omniauth-windowslive` hasn't had a release since 2017 and the last commit was 2018 so it's not clear how active it is.
I did look into this a bit recently to see if there was a better option, and they seem to be surprisingly thin on the ground for a major identity provider.... There is [omniauth-microsoft_graph](https://github.com/synth/omniauth-microsoft_graph) and [omniauth-microsoft-office365](https://github.com/murbanski/omniauth-microsoft-office365) but I confess to be unclear on whether they are really Office specific or are really generic Microsoft authenticators...
