[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Show a marker on the map after clicking node coordinates and don't hide the side panel after that (Issue #4160)

### Problem

Currently, when you click on a node's coordinates, the side panel disappears and the map (probably) centers on the clicked coordinates. It would be nice if the side panel didn't disappear and if there was a marker (with the clicked coordinates) on the map.
