[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add mouseover for node lists (Issue #4183)

### Problem

With Query Features, we can see orange mouseovers on the map,
except of course for nodes in a way.  That would crowd the map,
but it should still be available at the next level...

### Description

I got an idea.
You know when we do
https://www.openstreetmap.org/query?lat=24.18218&lon=120.86571
and mouseover all the items,
and each one shows up in orange when the mouse is over it...

Well, the same thing should happen on node lists on ways,
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/217824288

That means, from the initial feature query, to finding the exact node we
need in a way, we have the orange mouseover feature available,
all acting the same way without ever needing to go to iD etc. to dig deeper.
