[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] 500 error when opening user profiles (Issue #4429)

### How to reproduce the issue?

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Open the profile of any other user.

No issues when opened in a private window. It seems to be related to the latest merged changes and has been happening for a few minutes now with different users.
