[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] link ref:IE:smr value (Issue #3920)

I hope this is the right place to ask this: There are now more than 1,500 cases of `ref:IE:smr` (Irish Sites and Monuments Record no.). Would it be possible to link the number as described on the [wiki page](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:ref:IE:smr), i.e. to https://maps.archaeology.ie/historicenvironment/?SMRS=VALUE?
