[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] The terms page links to redirects on the OSMF wiki (Issue #3948)

### How to reproduce the issue?

If you are reviewing the terms there is the following sentence:

> Information to help understand these terms: a [human readable summary](https://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License/Contributor_Terms_Summary) and some [informal translations](https://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License/Contributor_Terms/Informal_Translations)

The destinations of those links are currently redirects. We should link directly to the correct pages.

(As a side note, these are actually multi-level redirects, which means that mediawiki does not actually show you the final destination page :facepalm: - you need to click through several levels of redirects to see the content. I will report this upstream to CWG too).
