Maybe not... It seems we do it manually (https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/app/helpers/browse_tags_helper.rb#L128) but `URI::MailTo::EMAIL_REGEXP` is very generous in what it accepts as the domain...
