[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Pushing Cursor Coordinates to Clipboard as Soon as Possible (Issue #3900)

@dusko23 (unrelated to https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/3903 but may actually be relevant here) - just to be clear, you do know that you can just download OSM data and create a website that shows it that also has any functionality you want?  It's not like Google where "the only way to get to the data is via an API".

If you'd like help with solving the problem that way I'd suggest asking a question over at the help site or the forum; it wouldn't need any changes to the "mappers' website" openstreetmap.org as all.
