[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] NoMethodError: undefined method `exists?' for File:Class (Issue #4083)

I haven't tested it thoroughly, but I suspect the answer is that you are using ruby 3.2 and that's exposing a problem with an old gem that we are using. 

Our CI uses 3.0 and 3.1, so my suggestion is to try one of those versions for now. It looks like you are using rbenv so that should be possible.
