I was getting this with [this URL](https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?from=7262-1%2C7262-2%2C%2011th%20Avenue%2C%20Edmonds%2C%20Burnaby%2C%20Metro%20Vancouver%20Regional%20District%2C%20British%20Columbia%2C%20V3N%204Z7%2C%20Canada&to=49.1930%2C-123.1512#map=19/49.21122/-122.94361), where I got the URL from right-clicking places on the map to set the start/end points.
Once I'm on that page if I right-click the same start point and set it as the start point, it works. This indicates there's different behavior with geocoding + routing depending on if you're doing it from a fresh start, or changing the start/end point of an existing route.
