[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add OpenMapTiles vector map (PR #4042)

We prefer to call the style OpenMapTiles as we do on GitHub: https://github.com/openmaptiles/openmaptiles/tree/v3.14/style. The reason is that it becomes "The Style" of the OpenMapTiles project.
