[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow location to be searched with exiftool format #4040 (PR #4041)

Maybe we should just close the PR with the related ticket and wait if there will be any more people interested in that?
I don't know if there's a point in making a refactoring for a sceptically received feature, especially since I'm not a Ruby developer.
I think it makes sense to just validate the usefulness by just waiting for someone to be interested in that as well.
