[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] "File not found" but the element becomes highlighted (Issue #3956)

The link is wrong - it has a trailing `m` on it so it's correct that the browse page can't be found.

At a guess something in the javascript that does an API call to highlight the object is pulling the number out of the link and ignoring the trailing junk which is not really correct but also not exactly a big issue.
