[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Edit button: Include marker coordinates with URL (Issue #3976)

Which markers though? There are all sorts of times that the main view adds a transient marker and they are exactly that - transient, meaning they tend to go away fairly quickly and I really don't see a good reason to pass them into iD.
