[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Easier signup with third party (#2616)

First time (would be) contributor perspective here.

The current third party sign up workflow isn't nice at all from a UX perspective and almost guarantees that a percentage of potential users will be deflected by this convoluted process.

All the third parties you support already perform email validation.
