[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Must scroll to close a dialogue (Issue #3989)

Here we have just completed a successful query at https://www.openstreetmap.org/query?lat=37.6350&lon=-122.3972#map=16/37.6349/-122.3896 .

Okay now it's time to close the query and get back to looking at the map.

But how are we going to close the query,  there's no button to make it go away.

No button in the current field of view.


Okay well we'll just have to scroll up and look for a button. Okay there it is, the X. We finally scrolled up and found it.

I mean it is reasonable to expect somebody might use a cell phone to do a query one day.
