[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Incorrect Map Representation of India and Boundary Errors (Issue #4031)

This is not an OSM website issue (this repository is for the code that drives the web site, not the data). Furthermore, it is not an error, it is on purpose; our view of India's boundaries differs from that of India. If you would like to see a map based on OSM data, but showing the boundaries as India would like them to be, go to www.openstreetmap.in.
